Royal Roots Studios requires the services of the following:

CHANNEL MANAGER/HEAD OF PROGRAMMES

Ensure delivery of high quality programming aligned with station strategy and target audience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• Develop, implement and manage the channel's programme strategy to ensure optimal alignment between programme strategy and our target audience.
• Ensure development, management and implementation of a programme strategy aligned with target audience needs and requirements, in order to grow target audience and exploit opportunities to generate revenue. 



• Develop, manage and implement a strategic plan for further exploration of the channel.
• Plan and manage programme schedule in order to deliver high
quality programmes to target audiences.
• Manage, direct, lead and develop commissioning editors and
international buyers.
• Build capable on-air channel team in the form of skilled people in all areas and with sound business process in place.
• Direct, performance-manage, develop and motivate the on-air channel team.
• Identify, recruit and develop on-air talent for the channel.

MANAGER, SALES & MARKETING

A demanding position that requires exemplary management skills and leads a team of people responsible for bringing in new advertisers and keeping existing clients. Must have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills and excel at client networking
• Manage the sales team
• Ensure the channel is maximizing all available traditional revenue opportunities in the market from ad agencies, while developing new business opportunities.
• Price and manage the perishable inventory of the channel.
• Develop monthly and quarterly revenue-generating proposals.
• Establish individual sales goals.
• Continually develop and implement creative, out-of-the-box ways to generate revenue in a highly competitive sales industry.
