Marketing Executive 

A real estate Solutions and Development company situated in Victoria Island, Lagos has a vacancy for marketing executives (3 positions). As a company, we create real solutions to solve real estate needs in the housing industry. We require individuals that are go-getters, smart and business minded to join our expanding team.

Key Role

The primary responsibility of the ME is to attract prospective buyers, create new business avenues and execute sales transactions of our various real estate developments. S/he will also develop and implement marketing strategies that meet the organization’s real estate business targets. Proven skills in customer relationship management will be added advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Participating in marketing planning and strategy formulation;
  • Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including clients, agents and partner organizations;
  • Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
  • Generating new business and investment leads;
  • Supporting research efforts;
  • Monitoring competitor activity;
  • Other duties as assigned.
Reports To
  • The ME will report to the MD/CEO.
 Skills & Competencies

  •  First-rate business and commercial acumen;

  • Excellent and enthusiastic at promotional techniques and knowledge of sales and marketing;
  • Ability to communicate, write and speak clearly and effectively;.
  • Must be computer literate with ability to use office productivity tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.); 
  •  Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills; 
  • Good oral and written communication skills; 
  •  Possession of pool of prospective clients will be a plus; 
  •  Capacity to organize self and others;
  • Ability to manage resources;
  • Excellent telephone and business etiquette;

Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduate Degree (B.A/BSC, HND) in any discipline. OND holders with a minimum of three years demonstrated Sales and Marketing experience can apply.
  • Minimum two years in a real estate and marketing position.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry.

The MPC increased the already controversial Cash Reserve Ratio on public sector deposits from 50 to 75 per cent The decision by Nigeria’s Monetary Policy Committee, MPC, to increase the already controversial Cash Reserve Ratio, CRR, on public sector deposits from 50 to 75 per cent would in the short term, have a shocking effect on the nation’s money markets, Bismarck Rewane, a finance analyst and Managing Director, Financial Derivatives Company, has said. “The impact of this decision on money markets will be a shock effect in the short run and a re-turn to equilibrium rates within six weeks”, Mr Rewane said in a report analysing the MPC’s decision.
